Q: How can I pay with cryptocurrency?
-A: To pay with cryptocurrency, each service has a button for paying with Bitcoin, not all services have an Ethereum Button due to the payment gateway service minimum. In this case, if you want to pay with Ethereum, please fill out the designated
Ethereum Payments form on our website. Once you submit the form, you’ll receive our wallet address and instructions for completing the transaction. Q: Are there any additional fees for cryptocurrency payments?
-A: No additional fees are charged by Emerald Rose Alchemy. Due to the fluctuation of cryptocurrency value, prices are roughly 1-11% more than Stripe fiat prices to account for markey variability. There is a transaction fee of 0.5% using
NowPayments payment gateway. Standard network (gas) fees for Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) payments will apply. Network (gas) fees depend upon on blockchain activity at the time of payment. Bitcoin typically has lower fees than Ethereum. 8% of all crypto profits are donated to The Treegens to support the planting of Mangroves for the health of our Mother Earth.

Q: What happens if my transaction is not confirmed?
-A: If a transaction fails or remains unconfirmed for an extended period, we will notify you to retry the payment or explore alternative payment options.

Crypto Payments page and fill out the form. Once payment is received, we communicate through email or WhatsApp to schedule your session. If you booked a Free Consultation, we can schedule a time that convenient during that as well.

Q: Can I ask questions before booking a session?

Q: How is the schedule for Luminary, Mystic, and Phoenix Path journeys created?

There is no refund if you miss your scheduled appointment for specialized one-time-only services. A $44 rescheduling fee applies. If you miss a second appointment, you will not be rescheduled nor receive a refund.

Missing any scheduled session for these journeys incurs a $44 rescheduling fee.

Q: Can I get a refund for any of your services?

No, refunds are not given for any services provided.

Q: What if I need to reschedule due to a serious emergency for Luminary, Mystical, or Phoenix Path sessions?

: In the case of serious emergencies such as a death in the family or a family member being hospitalized, you can reschedule for free if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please reach out via email or the

Q: What if my emergency notice comes less than 24 hours before the session?

If you notify us of the emergency less than 24 hours before the session, we will still try to accommodate a reschedule, but the standard $44 fee might apply unless we can verify the emergency's urgency.

Q: How long does a session typically last?

Shamanic sound healings, Akashic Record, Yoga Nidra, Mantra and Pranayama (breathwork) sessions can last between 45 minutes and an hour per individual session. The guided meditations can be anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour long depending on the individuals needs and the content of the guided meditation.

Q: Are your sessions conducted in person, or are they available online?

Depending on your needs, the service and your location, they can be done over the phone, thru video chat and or in person.

Q: How can I prepare for my session?
-A:
Come with an open mind and heart. It's beneficial to be in a calm, quiet space where you can focus. Daily journaling is a powerful tool for preparation and integration of this deep spiritual work. Avoid scheduling anything immediately after your session to allow time for integration.

Q: What should I expect after a session?
